Challenge
We currently provide 24/7 guarding coverage at the existing client location on the port of NJ. When client receives a delivery of vehicles, they park the vehicles at their overflow lot adjacent. The overflow lot is a seperate area from the main facility, and it was difficult for our officers to cover both lots. When the overflow lot had vehicles, the client experienced trespassers breaking in along the fence line and stealing of catalytic converters of 15-20 vehicles on multiple ocassions.
Solution
The customer requested a proposal for 168 hours of guarding. As an alternative, we proposed a technology solution. Our solution included Two RGWatch Ultra Range mobile trailers with Remote Guarding mobile trailers with Remote Guarding perimeter protection. We now have four thermal cameras and two multisensor cameras fully covering the overlfow lot with analytics reporting any afterhours alarms to the Remote Guarding team who will escalate by contacting the police and On-site security personnel.
